These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MadUnicow apps and related MadUnicow account services. By using the apps or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What MadUnicow is
MadUnicow is a media client that helps you browse catalogs and play streams from sources you configure or that are assigned to your MadUnicow account (for example an IPTV / playlist line and optional Stremio add-ons). MadUnicow does not host movie, TV, or live channel libraries on our own media servers.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content you access and for ensuring you have the legal right to stream it where you live.
- You must comply with your IPTV / playlist provider’s terms and any third-party add-on terms.
- You must not reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to MadUnicow systems.
- You must not use the apps for unlawful activity.
4. Assigned IPTV / playlist credentials
If MadUnicow assigns playlist credentials to your account, those credentials are for your personal use of MadUnicow only. You may not resell, publicly share, or redistribute them. We may rotate or revoke credentials to protect the service.
5. Third-party services
The apps may connect to third parties you enable (metadata providers, Trakt/Simkl, debrid providers, add-ons, cloud storage). Those services are not controlled by MadUnicow. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
6. App Stores
If you download MadUnicow from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms’ terms also apply. Purchases and refunds for store-distributed paid features are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
7. Intellectual property
MadUnicow branding, UI, and software are owned by MadUnicow or its licensors. Third-party content titles, artwork, and streams remain owned by their respective rights holders.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APPS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, catalog completeness, or availability of any third-party stream.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADUNICOW AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT.
10. Termination
You may stop using the apps at any time and may request account deletion via Support. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
